Watsu® for Kids & Teens — A calming Watsu-based treatment designed to relax the mind and body. Through dynamic, flowing movement in warm water, it invites meditative states to arise naturally and effortlessly, helping ease stress, anxiety, and support nervous system regulation.
Partner Watsu® Sessions are shared aquatic experiences for two people — partners, friends, or family — held in warm water and centered on connection, attunement, and mutual support. In the one-practitioner format, the session weaves together individual receiving with guided partner-supported holds, inviting a felt sense of being held by the water and by one another. In the side-by-side format with two practitioners, each person receives Watsu® simultaneously, unfolding in parallel with moments of shared presence and quiet connection throughout. Both offerings center the relational field, offering two distinct pathways into shared presence, depending on how you’d like to experience the water together.
Individual and Partner Sessions are available during Third Trimester of Pregnancy Warm-water floating during late pregnancy creates spaciousness in the body and offers a rare opportunity for both birther and partner to be held. This shared experience invites mutual support, presence, and rest as you prepare for what’s ahead.
Water & Womb – A Prenatal Ritual of Connection & Support A 3rd-trimester water circle for birthers and their partners in body-temperature water. In the cocoon of warm water, the body remembers what it is to be held – weightless and at ease. We begin with a brief introduction and orientation on land, then move into the water where we weave mindful breath, slow, intentional movement, and supported floating. Partners learn simple ways to offer presence and support, nurturing connection between birther, partner, and baby. Tibetan singing bowls are layered in, bringing deep resonance as vibrations ripple through the water, adding a grounding sensory presence. Within this safe container, we tend the postpartum foundations of warmth, holding, nourishment, and community. Healthy snacks are provided.
